Founder of Rediscovery | Intuitive Mentor, Akashic Reader & Energy Practitioner

From Private Investigator to investigating the unseen.

My career might seem like it's taken an unusual turn, but I've always been drawn to looking beneath the surface, questioning what we're told and uncovering what others might miss.

After years working as a Private Investigator, my curiosity led me in a different direction. Today, I explore the patterns, beliefs, conditioning and spiritual aspects of life that influence who we become.

I created Rediscovery for people who feel they've lost themselves somewhere along the way. Especially women who've spent years being everything to everyone else, questioning their purpose or feeling stuck in the same cycles.

Because you can't change what you're not willing to question.

I believe awareness is only the beginning. Real transformation comes when we start challenging old beliefs, understanding our nervous system, taking responsibility for our choices and actually doing things differently.

Through private mentorship, Akashic Readings, intuitive guidance, breathwork and energy healing, I bring together spiritual exploration and practical mindset work to help you reconnect with yourself.

I'm compassionate, but I'm also direct. Sometimes you need someone to listen. Sometimes you need a different perspective. And sometimes you need that loving kick up the butt!

My role isn't to tell you who to become. It's to help you rediscover who you are beneath the fear, expectations and conditioning.

Because Rediscovery isn't about becoming someone new. It's about coming home to yourself.
