About my journey

I didn't wake up one day and decide to walk a spiritual path.

It found me when I needed it most.

For years I felt disconnected from myself. I was exhausted, emotionally drained and caught in patterns I couldn't seem to break. No matter how much personal development I did, something still felt... off.

I had awareness.

But awareness wasn't changing my life.

Looking back now, I realise why.

Self-awareness isn't transformation. It's information. And information alone doesn't create lasting change.

Real transformation happens when awareness is supported by a nervous system that feels safe enough to respond differently, and when we have the integrity to stop abandoning ourselves and start living what we know to be true.

That understanding changed everything.

My journey led me into the Akashic Records, breathwork, energy healing, subconscious work and nervous system regulation. Along the way I uncovered soul lessons, ancestral patterns, limiting beliefs and energetic imprints that had quietly shaped the way I experienced life.

The deeper I explored, the more I realised that everything is connected.

Our subconscious beliefs...
Our nervous system...
Our energy...
Our past experiences...
Even our soul's journey.

When one part changes, everything else begins to shift.

That's why I created Rediscovery.

Not to help people become someone new, but to help them rediscover who they were before fear, trauma, conditioning and survival taught them otherwise.

Today I combine spiritual awareness with practical nervous system support because I don't believe we heal through insight alone. We heal when the mind, body and soul all feel safe enough to create lasting change.

To help you stop repeating old patterns, reconnect with yourself and create a life that feels authentic to who you truly are.

Through motherhood, health challenges, trauma and divorce, I've learnt that healing isn't about becoming perfect.

It's about remembering who you are. 

And I'd be honoured to walk that journey beside you.

Qualifications include Spinal Energetics, Certified Breathwork Practitioner, NLP Coach, Certified Akashic Records Reader, Certified Psychic Reader,  Women's Circle Facilitator, Master Reiki, Master Ashati Healing Practitioner, Sound Healing, with further study in Peter Crone's teachings, Kabbalah and Dr John Demartini's work.
