I didn't wake up one day and decide to walk a spiritual path. In many ways, it found me shortly after leaving my career as a Private Investigator.

For years, I felt disconnected from myself. Exhausted, emotionally drained and caught in patterns I couldn't seem to break. I was showing up for everyone else, fulfilling the roles and expectations placed upon me, but somewhere along the way, I'd lost touch with who I really was.

I explored personal development, spirituality and healing, searching for answers. But one thing became increasingly clear.

Self-awareness isn't transformation. It's information.

You can understand your triggers, recognise your limiting beliefs and know exactly why you behave a certain way, yet still find yourself repeating the same patterns.

Real change requires more than knowing. It requires learning to respond differently, understanding your nervous system, questioning your conditioning and having the courage to stop abandoning yourself.

My journey led me into the Akashic Records, energy healing, breathwork, subconscious work and Spinal Energetics. The deeper I explored, the more I began to recognise the connections between our beliefs, emotions, experiences, nervous system and spiritual perspectives.

And perhaps my biggest realisation was this:

So much of who we think we are is actually who we've been conditioned to become.

Through motherhood, relationships, health challenges, trauma and significant life changes, I've experienced firsthand what it means to question everything you thought you knew about yourself.

That's why I created Rediscovery.

Not to tell women who they should become, but to help them question the beliefs, expectations and patterns that have kept them disconnected from themselves.

Today, through private mentorship, Akashic Readings, intuitive guidance and energy-based practices, I bring together spiritual exploration, mindset work and practical tools to support women navigating change and rediscovering themselves.

I'm not someone who will simply tell you what you want to hear. I'll listen, support you, challenge your thinking and, when needed, give you that loving kick up the butt!

Because I believe you already have so much more within you than you've been led to believe.

You don't need to become someone else. You need to rediscover who you are beneath everything you've been taught to be.

And I'd love to walk alongside you as you do.

My training includes Spinal Energetics, Breathwork Practitioner Certification, NLP Coaching, Akashic Records Reading, Psychic Reading, Women's Circle Facilitation, Reiki Master, Ashati Healing Master Practitioner and Sound Healing.

I've also undertaken further study exploring the teachings of Peter Crone, Kabbalah and Dr John Demartini, continuing to deepen my understanding of human behaviour, consciousness and personal transformation.
