Example of What You’ll Experience Inside This 6-Week Journey

Your 6 weeks will be tailored to you, based on what is happening for you right now, If youre experiencing a lot of anxiety, we may start with energy work to help the nervous system, or you may be ready to go straight into breathwork. I may feel working in a keinsiology style where we muscle test whats coming up for you right now, or work on removing limiting beleifs.

3 x Deep Breathwork & Energy Healing Journeys
These sessions allow you to drop out of the overthinking mind and into the body, where old stories, trauma, and energetic imprints are held. Through guided breath and healing, we clear stagnant energy, restore nervous system balance, and reconnect you with your truth.
3 x 1:1 Integration & Spiritual Coaching Calls
These calls are where it all comes together, where you anchor in the healing, find clarity, and receive the support you need to integrate the shifts happening within you and your life.
1 x Akashic Clearing Session
We go deep into your healing with your guides, to clear karmic patterns, ancestral blocks, and energetic cords holding you back from your next level. This isn’t just insight, it’s soul-level liberation.
Voxer Support Monday–Friday
Transformation doesn’t only happen in session. Life happens between the calls. With weekday Voxer access, I’ll be there to guide you through anything that comes up, whether it’s emotional processing, relationships, or intuitive nudges you're not sure how to act on. I’m your spiritual support system in real time.
Daily Practices + Tools
You’ll be given rituals and somatic practices tailored to your nervous system and energetic needs. These become your anchors, helping you hold the expansion, integrate the lessons, and stay connected to your higher self long after the program ends.
