This is your own guided healing experience, channelled directly from my spirit team and the guides who step forward to support you. Each meditation is designed to nurture, uplift, and realign your energy with peace, clarity, and flow.

The words are channelled intuitively, spoken from the guidance that comes through for you in that moment, and recorded with soft healing frequencies that gently activate and harmonise your energy field. Every meditation is infused with multidimensional healing energy, layered to soothe your nervous system, open your heart, and reconnect you to your higher self.

Once your order is received, you’ll be invited to share a few bullet points about your current challenges, emotions, or areas where you most need support. I’ll then tune in and channel a 20 minute meditation tailored entirely to your energy and intentions.
