Over time, our bodies and energy fields absorb everything, emotions, stress, and experiences we never fully release. This healing session helps you clear the energetic buildup you’ve been carrying, so you can feel lighter, rebalanced, and ready to move forward with ease.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each session is conducted remotely, allowing my guides and I to work with your energy field without distractions. As the healing begins, you may notice gentle sensations such as warmth, tingling, waves of calm, or coloUrs moving through your awareness. Some people drift into meditation or sleep, this is completely normal and often means the energy is integrating deeply.

To get the most from your session, please be lying down or resting somewhere quiet and comfortable. ( YOU MUST NOT BE DRIVING DURING SESISON)

HOW IT WORKS

Once you’ve booked your time and submitted your question or focus area, I’ll tune in and connect with your higher self and spiritual support team. Together, we’ll clear stagnant energy, cut cords if needed, and rebalance your system so you can feel lighter, more open, and aligned with your natural flow.

You don’t need to be online or present, simply relax and allow the process. Within two hours of completion, you’ll receive an in-depth email outlining everything that was seen, cleared, and rebalanced during your healing.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

You may continue to feel energy moving through you for the next 24–48 hours as your system adjusts to the new frequencies. Drink plenty of water, rest when needed, and allow your emotions to surface gently. Subtle shifts in mood, clarity, or awareness are signs your body and spirit are integrating the healing.

Revisit your written session in the coming days, many clients notice that new layers of meaning appear over time as the energy continues to unfold.
