Post-Session Integration – Energy continues to shift for up to two weeks after the session. You may feel lighter, more aligned, and experience greater emotional clarity.

Important: A clearing is not a quick fix but a powerful energetic reset. How much shifts depends on how open you are to processing and integrating the changes. Allowing yourself to feel what comes up.
